JOB DESCRIPTION

· Understanding client's requirements and head-hunting top candidates across various channel
· Developing close relationships within your specialist recruitment area
· Providing professional recruitment consultancy advice and solution
· Completing cold-calls and developing business relationships
· Interviewing, qualifying and preparing your candidates for interviews
· Managing expectations throughout the recruitment process

Successful Candidate

Fresh Grads are welcomed!

· Degree holder or above in any discipline.
· Highly self-motivated, competitive and eager to success
· Sales Mindset - Money and self-driven
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly motivated and thrive under pressure
· Exceptional motivation with strong sales-drive and ambition
· Fluent English and Cantonese
