About the Opportunity:

* Grow profitability through expanding existing relationships and creating new contacts within an organization.
* Grow profitability through cross selling in Gravitas.
* Create multi-level relationships in the account
* Contract and term renewals - ensuring smooth and professional management of accounts and parties involved.

You will be the main point of contact for accounts which have been identified as key accounts. You will be expected to gain and in-depth knowledge of the client and use the knowledge to grow Gravitas's presence within the account. Requiring you to use your network within the account to source new business opportunities for different areas of the business. You will also be required to collect and present information such as a competitor analysis and an issue log to be reviewed with your manager on a regular basis.

Recruitment Process

* You will be expected to fully understand the client's recruitment process.
* In partnership with your Senior Account Manager or Account director design a working practice internally to ensure maximum efficiency / control from Gravitas whilst still operating within rules of the firm.
* Ensure all consultants working the account are educated and have access to documentation detailing the process, terms and conditions and ownership. Work with the back office to ensure a smooth invoicing process which is in line with the companies' protocols.

Client/Gravitas/Market Knowledge

* Client mapping - fully understanding the structure and scope of the teams to maximize knowledge of client's needs and requirements.
* Understand and create core description of the business and USP and sales documents for each client.
* Being able to demonstrate at any point strong general market knowledge and able to answer the general question to a client "What is happening in the market"

Account Penetration/Revenue Increase
* Analyze metrics around previous data on core measurables - Jobs, Interviews, placements. With clear targets to look to drive these forwards.
* Client event strategy - utilizing round tables or drinks events to network and build relationship with clients
* Ensuring all terms renewals are completed and processed in time.
* Following up on leads received from meeting and online jobs on new openings, using relationships to develop opportunities.
