We are now looking for an Administration and Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team in Singapore.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* General reception duties, including diverting calls accordingly and taking accurate messages
* Meeting and greeting of visitors
* Supporting diverse team with basic administrative duties, including coordinating the calendars of internal meeting rooms, banking cheques, updating office presentation
* Co-ordinating company events and incentives as required - including but not limited to organising lunch club events for the Singapore office
* Supporting the Regional Director with ad hoc tasks as required.
* Liaise with the Building Management and External Supplier to ensure all building services are maintained
* Ordering of office supplies/goods and buying of ad hoc items
* Ensuring Health and Safety standards are followed within the office


SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

* Detail oriented and reliable
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Eager to learn and work under fast-paced environment
* Fluent English
