The role will support the Chief Revenue Officer and the Regional Directors developing and implementing a global marketing strategy. The role will support the Chief Revenue Officer and the Regional Directors developing and implementing a global marketing strategy. The aim of the role is focus on country strategy in building candidate communities and client relations to make sure Gravitas Recruitment Group is known as the partner of choice. The Global Marketing Manager will focus on developing marketing initiatives to increase the sales and profitability of the Gravitas Recruitment Group.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing
* Designing a global marketing strategy including budget and headcount to build strong candidate communities per candidate skillset.
Promoting the development of brand awareness throughout the industry, and identifying key opportunities to improve brand image internally and externally
* Design business development materials, such as client testimonials, case studies and presentations to support our sales teams
* Developing a long-term plan for the development of Gravitas brand across UK, Mainland Europe and Asia.
* Working closely with the creative, marketing and sales teams to create digital advertising campaigns
* Coordinating the marketing projects from beginning to end
* Building and Managing relationships with the digital partners of the organisation
* Overseeing the brand marketing campaigns, once implemented
Research and Administration
* Reporting on campaign and marketing activity success and assisting with daily/weekly/monthly reporting on all marketing activities, as required
* Managing strong marketing processes and ensuring that they are adhered to, reviewing on an ongoing basis to look for continuous improvement
* Analysing the success of communications exercises, marketing campaigns and events and reporting back to Chief Revenue Officer.
* Developing knowledge of the recruitment sector, conducting research of our competitors, internal employees and customers; and analysing findings to make suggestions of areas for future improvement
* Project managing a wide range of projects and campaigns as agreed with the CRO and in line with company objectives; working collaboratively with other teams to assist with the design aspects of projects.
