Sales Trainer/ Learning & Development Consultant- About the role?

Be part of a highly regarded training team delivering innovative training solutions in our 3 UK offices (with potential opportunity to help support operations in our Hong Kong, Singapore & China offices).
Based from our conveniently located London office you will manage and develop our sales training programmes; these range from classroom style on-boarding sessions to experiential based workshops.
You will be pivotal in shaping the careers of our sales constants in this fulfilling role. We work hand in hand with our Sales Managers and Directorate to ensure our training is meaningful and has practical application.
A typical day will include a variety of activities, these often include
*Short training sessions - topics focussed on sales & recruitment but also including GDPR, marketing, well being and beyond!
*Running inductions for new starters across the business
*Project working ranging from senior leadership coaching to E-learning projects
*At desk performance coaching
*1:1 mentoring
*Systems administration
*Evaluation of training and design of new courses you've identified a need for
*Significant proportion of your time allocated to your development

Sales Trainer/ Learning & Development Consultant- What are we looking for?
This is an opportunity for a credible recruitment consultant who is seeking the next chapter in their development OR an experienced L&D professional exciting to apply their skills to the recruitment industry.
*(Sales) training / L&D experienced (ideally in a sales or recruitment environment)
OR
*At least 2 years of solid recruitment experience and proven track record of success
