Role & Responsibilities:

Main purpose:

*Act as an inspirational Team Leader within the Company leading by example through personal sales
*To build a team - support management, impact performance of new hires and team members
*To promote and uphold the Company values, vision, and processes always
*To manage and develop the designated market / sector / regions to achieve profitable cost centre building objectives and achieve sales targets for through the proactive and innovative management of allocated resources
*Develop and understanding of Team vs Company mentality

Main Responsibility:

*Business Generation: Undertake Business Development calls and meetings to develop relationships to generate vacancies, new candidates, and business opportunities
*Sourcing Candidates: Effective use of our CRM, LinkedIn, and 3rd party CV databases for all vacancies
*Managing the Job Process
*Role Model: Demonstrates best practice, and values, inspiring their team to do the same by Contributing to a fun and professional working environment
*Administration & Self-Management
*Reporting and Systems: Supporting Management by championing all reporting, systems, and activity updates always
*Planning and Analysing: Closely monitors figures, both qualitative and quantitative to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets
*Coaching Training and Development
*Team Building: Supports their team whilst enabling them to take ownership and responsibility for their results

What we are looking for:
*In-depth knowledge of Tech or Insurance Recruitment: .NET, C#, JavaScript, DevOps, Mobile or Product (Perm or Contract) OR Client relations OR Client Solutions
*Hit targeted billings
*A positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude
*Able to lead and work well as part of mixed client and Gravitas' teams
*Adhere to industry best practice and drive delivery standards and methodology
*Able to work unaided and directly with key project stakeholders
*Proactively take the lead and show self-initiative and drive
*Display passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best for our clients
