Role & Responsibilities:

Main Purpose:

*Act as an inspirational Principal Recruitment Consultant within the Company setting the standard for results
*Act as an ambassador for the Company with your community (both Clients and Candidates)
*Act as a key Role Model, supporting Management and the Team
*Promote and support the environment for a High-Performance Sales culture
*Always promote and support the Company vision

Main Responsibility:
*Business Generation: Undertake Business Development calls and meetings to develop relationships to generate vacancies, new candidates, and business opportunities
*Role Model: Demonstrate best practice, and values, inspiring others to do the same
*Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate overall business awareness of the marketplace, proactively looking for and using the information as an opportunity to improve both personal and Company performance
*Planning and Analysing: Plan, prioritise and schedule their workload in the long and short term - having daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly plans

What we are looking for:
*In-depth knowledge of Tech or Insurance Recruitment: .NET, C#, JavaScript, DevOps, Mobile or Product (Perm or Contract) OR Client relations OR Client Solutions
*Hit targeted billings
*A positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude
*Able to lead and work well as part of mixed client and Gravitas' teams
*Adhere to industry best practice and drive delivery standards and methodology
*Able to work unaided and directly with key project stakeholders
*Proactively take the lead and show self-initiative and drive
*Display passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best for our clients
