Gravitas specializes in Banking, Technology, and Insurance sectors and is currently expanding its team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions within I.T./ Tech space, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and hiring managers.
  • Conduct market research to identify top tech talent and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical evaluations, to ensure a strong match with client needs.
  • Facilitate interview processes, provide feedback to candidates, and negotiate job offers.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and contribute to talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in a relevant field, preferably in computer science or engineering.
  • Proven experience in tech recruitment, with a focus on senior stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
