We are looking for experienced Technology recruiters who can bring their recruitment expertise, industry knowledge, and network in their niche/ industry to join a number of our highest performing Technology teams at Gravitas globally.

If you:

  • Are feeling restricted in your current role

  • Have at least 12-months 360 Technology recruitment experience
  • Have done active Business Development and have a track record of successfully signing new clients and pulling jobs

What You'll Do

  • Source mid-senior candidates within your specialisation within the Technology industry by networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and attending/ organising networking events to meet your client's needs
  • Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
  • Do active business development (depending on your team), bringing in new clients through networking events, frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
  • Building strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities
