Due to our continued success & continued growth over the last 10 years, we are actively hiring for an experienced Manager & Leader to assist our directors in overseeing an established Technology recruitment team.
You will:
- Lead from the front with sales calls, client & candidate meetings & arranging and attending networking events across Manchester to build new and existing client relationships
- Value long-term relationship building with your clients and candidates and will place strong emphasis on that with your team
- Excited to develop, mentor and coach other consultants from junior level through to senior
- Open to expanding your team by bringing on both experienced and graduate hires and developing them into billing & profitable consultants
- Uphold the Gravitas values (respect, integrity, passion and excellence)
You have:
- At least 3 years or more of 360 recruitment experience (in Technology, preferred but also open to other specialisations)
- Have a proven track record of success in business development & placements.
- Be passionate about being a hands-on manager and developing others
