What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates within your specialist market
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through to offer acceptance
- Using LinkedIn, networking, business development and headhunting techniques to source top talent
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive client outreach
- Becoming a market expert within your niche sector
- Negotiating offers and guiding candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Building and managing your own recruitment desk with the support of experienced leaders

Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Initial telephone conversation with our Talent Acquisition team
Stage 2: Video interview with our Talent Acquisition team
Stage 3: Final face-to-face assessment process at our Manchester office, including a two-stage interview with business leaders
