Last night a group of Gravitonians, dusted their off their best clothes to attend the Recruiters Investing in Talent 2022 Awards Ceremony.
At the impressive setting that is The Brewery in London, we took our place amongst the other finalists, all businesses in the recruitment industry short-listed for their commitment to investing in talent.
Short-listed in 4 award categories; Best Contractor Care, Best Onboarding Program, Best Large Recruitment Company to Work for and Best Workplace Environment; we were hoping to come home with a trophy, although also well aware of the tough competition and happy, as finalists, to have been already selected amongst the best in the industry.
To say we were delighted when we were announced winners of Best Contractor Care, was an understatement, and when we were also presented with the award for Best Workplace Environment, we were ecstatic.
Surviving and thriving during and post-pandemic, both in life and in business, has relied upon our ability to adapt, be flexible, listen, and come together. In their comments the judges praised our strengths in collaborating with both employees and our contractor networks, to understand how we could best support each other, maximising the benefits for all. They also praised our concern for the human impact of our initiatives, alongside commercial considerations.
