Gravitas Drive Growth with New CEO and Wider Strategic Appointments

​We are very excited to announce a number of strategic appointments and promotions within the Gravitas board.

Firstly, we are delighted to announce that Kurt Schreurs will become Chief Executive Officer, CEO, at Gravitas.

Kurt has formed strong bonds with all stakeholders since he joined us as CRO last year and will continue to build on the success he’s had in driving performance throughout the business.

The newly created CEO role will enable our Regional Directors, 2 of our original founders, to move into strategic executive positions to contribute to wider group strategy.

Jonathan Ellerbeck, Managing Director UK, will become Group Chairman and Daniel Wallis, Managing Director Asia, will become Group Chief Advisor.

Another of our original founders, Alex Naylor, Director of Talent Management, has been promoted to Chief People Officer driving our people agenda and strategy.

In light of these changes, a number of new positions for Country Directors have become available in order to support the CEO and future strategy.

Peter Barker, Regional Director Hong Kong, will become Greater China Country Director, overseeing both our Shenzhen and Hong Kong offices. Peter will be utilsing his considerable experience to enhance the synergy between the two offices and our Greater Bay offering.

Jo Callaghan, Sales Director Manchester, will be promoted to the UK Technology Country Director role with overall responsibility for the UK Technology strategy.

Finally, Joseph Thushe, JavaScript Director London, will assume responsibility for all our London technology teams in his new role as London Technology Director.

The new appointments will come into effect from the 1st July 2023, with the team collaborating together alongside existing board members to drive the next phase of our ongoing growth strategy.
