Chris brought over 10 years' recruitment experience when he joined Gravitas in 2020, bringing a breadth of experience including being a top performing Contract Recruiter in his previous roles.
Chris joined Gravitas in 2020 as a Business Manager and has since been promoted to Associate Director, and more recently transferred into a Practice Partner position. In this role, Chris is solely responsible for the performance of the Change & Transformation division, covering both interim and permanent hires. Chris spends most of his waking hours working with clients and candidates, advising and delivering high performing talent to our key clients.
Chris loves the challenge and fast paced nature of recruitment and the competitiveness, including the good and bad days! He loves that no day is the same, even after working in the industry for many years. Chris enjoys making a difference to people's lives, whether that's placing a candidate into their dream role, helping clients hire top tech talent, or working with Gravitonians to help them reach their full potential / goals inside & outside of work.
Chris is a massive foodie, loves his holidays and chasing the sun! Outside of work Chris can typically be found on the golf course, if it’s not golf it will be all things family getting ready for the impending arrival of baby Witts! Oh, and for his sins he’s an Arsenal fan…
