David Zhang

​David has been in recruitment for over 10 years, career highlights include setting up a Hong Kong office whilst working for an Australian recruitment firm. David joined Gravitas in 2016 and in his first year he was China’s top biller. David also played a key role in setting up the China office and leading the team.

In his role today as Head of Banking and Insurance in China, David divides his time between team management, team recruitment, client management and development, as well as handling senior level placements.

David's passion for recruitment comes from being able to help clients and candidates find a good match and have a positive impact on people's professional lives.
