Liz has worked in recruitment for over 15 years, joining Gravitas in 2014. Career highlights have included setting up the Client Relationship function from scratch, which now brings in circa £1.1 million a year for the business. Her passion for delivery and commitment has resulted in her being promoted several times and in 2022 Liz became Associate Director of the Manchester Office.
In this role Liz manages 4 Teams, all differing in their experience level. Liz is also acting as Operational Leader of the office.
Liz loves the opportunities that the recruitment industry has given her and how she can now give that opportunity to new consultants, helping them reach their goals and aspirations, whilst working in an ever changing and exciting industry.
Outside of work, Liz loves travelling, eating at good restaurants, and reading a good book. She also enjoys going forwalks, open water swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
