Liz Ellis is Associate Director for Contract at Gravitas, based in our Manchester office, where she leads a team of 20+ consultants and a direct leadership team of four.
Her teams specialise in Social Housing, Dynamics, Education, Transport, NHS, and Client Solutions, delivering expert recruitment solutions across the UK. The divisions Liz oversees are well-established and highly regarded within their respective markets.
Joining Gravitas in 2014, Liz initially established the Client Relationship function, which is now fully embedded across the UK. In 2020 she moved into a sales management role, quickly progressing to her current position.
Today, Liz works at a strategic level both internally and externally, ensuring her teams deliver top-quality service to candidates and clients, while also focusing on developing the next generation of consultants to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Liz is currently undertaking a Board Development Training programme within the Social Housing sector and enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
