Mark has been in recruitment since 2004, and has had a wide and impressive career, with highlights which include becoming 'Rookie of the Year' in his first recruitment job and in his first year on the job, he is also very proud of achieving the accolade 'Team of the Year' Benelux France in 2014 and 2015. Following this success, in 2018 Mark founded his own business, Morgan Black, alongside 2 Partners, which had a runner book of €35,000 per week within 2.5 years and a margin turnover of €1.3 million.
Mark was then Managing Partner at R2 Group and was an integral part of the company's growth until the Gravitas acquisition. The acquisition has given him the opportunity to focus further on management and he loves supporting people and getting them up and running. He’s excited by ambitious growth goals, and believes that the infrastructure and resources of Gravitas enables him to do what he’s best at: building profitable teams and helping his consultants to build their careers, as well as working closely with new clients and increasing their client portfolio.
Mark is incredibly passionate about recruitment, - and said this phrase, in Dutch, sums it up “loon na werken”, which means that you get rewarded and can create your own career path based on your performance.
Outside of work, Mark loves going to the gym, though his favourite time is that which he spends with his young son.
