Role: HR Manager, London
Victoria has worked in HR for the last 24 years, joining Gravitas in 2018. Her career highlights include heading up D&I initiatives that have seen tangible impacts, supporting the people strategy when expanding into global destinations, as well as completing her MA in Personnel and Development, whilst working full time.
Victoria’s standout highlight is still progressing in her career, whilst working part-time - balancing being a mum of two boys. She is grateful that Gravitas has been so supportive, creating an environment where she can thrive as well as support her family.
In her day to day role as HR Manager, Victoria supports Gravitas and their employees through the employee lifecycle, ensuring they are maintaining a fair and inclusive environment, where everyone is supported to succeed. Victoria is also a HR Business Partner to the Board, as well as supporting Gravitas’s growth plans with all things people related.
Victoria finds recruitment a challenging and rewarding career, in an inclusive environment, where you are supported to succeed and are rewarded for what you contribute.
Outside of work, Victoria’s time is spent with her two boys, usually watching them play football, or watching Spurs or Leyton Orient. When she has some time to herself, she enjoys walking her dog, running, and attending music gigs.
Victoria is part of the Gravitas D&I Committee. She is passionate about creating an environment where EVERYONE is supported to succeed. She knows first hand the challenges of working as a mother, and wants to use her experiences to ensure that others, regardless of their background, have equal opportunities to realise their full potential.
