Salary: £24,250 base + uncapped commission

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will follow a clear development path towards becoming a top-performing consultant - with the long-term opportunity to build and lead your own team. Our award-winning Learning & Development team and experienced managers will support you every step of the way, helping you gain expertise quickly and make a real impact in a competitive market.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you act as the link between clients and candidates - no two days are the same. Your role is split across two core areas:

• Prospecting new clients: Identifying business opportunities and reaching out to potential clients.

• Client meetings: Understanding hiring needs and advising on recruitment solutions.

• Account management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

• Sourcing talent: Actively searching, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Matching: Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and matching them to suitable roles.

• Network building: Maintaining regular contact with candidates to build a strong professional network.

• Salary: Competitive base salary

• Commission: Uncapped and directly tied to your performance
