Job Description
The role of the Recruitment Consultant requires a heavy focus on business development, engaging with prospective clients and candidates, and establishing relationships built on trust. The ability to be flexible, work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and meet challenging deadlines is crucial to this role. Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish new business relationships
- Engage and liaise with clients and candidates to assess needs
