Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 plus uncapped bonus

Job Role
The successful candidate will contribute to our global expansion through active involvement in various IT technology fields including JavaScript, .NET, Insurance (Actuary), Data, and DevOps. The candidate will receive full training and immersion within our market and be a part of our award-winning development program.
Responsibilities
- Business generation through calls and meetings
- Grow, develop and maintain a niche database of candidates and clients
- Manage interview and job placement process
- Write quality adverts for vacancies and handle ad responses
- Qualify all candidates and job opportunities
- Manage the job process and maintain control after placement
- Maintain and update CRM system
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months Recruitment experience
- Experience in the technology sector or a 360 recruitment role
- Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
