Recruiting Team Lead (Dutch speaking - Technology specialist) - Responsibilities
- Act as an inspirational Team Leader within the Company leading by example through personal sales
- To build a team - support management, impact performance of new hires and team members
- Work very closely with management teams to implement strategic Company plans to the business
- Principal to actively generate revenue for the team, themselves and others
- To promote and uphold the Company values, vision and processes at all times
- To achieve all KPI and activity goals & results
- To manage and develop the designated market / sector / regions to achieve profitable cost centre building objectives and achieve sales targets for through the proactive and innovative management of allocated resources
- Develop and understanding of Team vs Company mentality

- Business Level Dutch and English
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong ambition both financially and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate with a variety of professionals.
- Resilience, ambition, competitive and great people skills
- Demonstrates best practice, and values, inspiring their team to do the same
- Proven track record of success (strong billings and evidence of pulling new business)
