As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will help your clients find the best talent in the market by:
- Speaking to mid-senior candidates within Insurance, Banking, or Technology by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
- Managing end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
- Performing active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
- Building strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies through attending or organising networking events for your community
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success
