What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Principal Consultant to lead Python recruitment. This is a 360 role, with a focus on business development and growing key accounts.
To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate:

At least 3 years of consistent billing in tech recruitment

Strong track record of client acquisition and account growth
-
Experience working a Python or broader software engineering desk

A desire to build a profitable niche market with full autonomy
-
Confidence to manage senior-level candidate and client relationships
-
Drive to lead from the front, without needing micromanagement
-
A commercial mindset and ambition to grow into leadership
Experience in .Net or Golang is a bonus – but Python is our immediate priority.
Your Responsibilities

Build and scale a 360 Python desk, leveraging an existing warm platform

Develop new business through outreach, networking, and thought leadership

Source, screen, and manage mid-to-senior level Python talent

Manage full interview processes and client relationships

Collaborate with other experienced recruiters in a high-performing tech team

Contribute to Gravitas’ growing presence in the Python tech market
