What It Takes to Crush This Role
We’re hunting for a Principal Consultant who thrives on smashing targets, building profitable niches, and owning the Python recruitment space.
You’ll have:

3+ years of consistent high billing in tech recruitment

Proven ability to win new clients and expand key accounts

Experience running a Python or broader software engineering desk

A relentless drive to build and dominate your market with complete autonomy

Confidence to manage and influence senior-level clients and candidates

Leadership ambition with a commercial mindset - you want to grow and lead from the front

Bonus points for .Net or Golang experience, but Python is the priority
