The Role
Join one of Gravitas’ most established and successful desks, delivering headhunting and strategic hiring solutions to leading actuarial teams across Life, General Insurance, Pensions, Reinsurance, and Risk.

You’ll consult at a senior level, deliver to ambitious targets, and support the growth of junior consultants while progressing toward future leadership roles.
What You’ll Bring

A minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in actuarial, insurance, finance, or STEM markets

Demonstrated success in headhunting and managing full recruitment cycles

Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to business development
