Our high-performing life insurance team is hiring a junior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Distribution & Operations. You will work in a historically high-achieving team, hope to our Global top biller with a Senior Consultant buddy with great experience in the field. You do not need recruitment experience for this role.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source mid-senior candidates within Insurance by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
- Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
- Build strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success
