We are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Technology (Contracting) team. Fast-paced, challenging, but highly rewarding, our Tech Contracting team is one of our top-performing teams led by Principal Team Leader, Cherrie Ho. You will specialise in fixed-term Technology roles within Banking, Finance, and Insurance industries, joining a team of 6 with a greater focus on doing Business Development and bringing in new clients and new jobs for your team to work on.
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
- Tap on your existing relationships in the market reactivating and negotiating new terms of business
- Building relationships with key hiring managers within existing accounts & new accounts, increasing the amount of roles we get per client.
- Support the rest of the team with sourcing Technology candidates for existing jobs through cold-calling, networking, and attending events.
- Mentoring and guiding new joiners
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
- Build strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success
