Trusted expertise to deliver your project

Our SOW Manager will be on hand to oversee your project from start to finish. They will work closely with the Project Manager and technical expert, to ensure you receive clear communication, updates and reports as needed.

The SOW Manager and Project Manager will assign the right expertise to deliver your project. This means ‘light touch’ admin for your team, while retaining engagement in projects so they mirror your internal processes and compliance obligations.

We focus on the outcomes and goals of our projects, bringing the best capability to ensure its success.

Robust delivery processes tailored to your project

Starting with the pre-engagement process, we will consult with you to agree overall objectives, costs, the SOW agreement, and then work to set up the project ensuring we allocate an expert Project Team. At this stage we'll also create the Project Initation Document (PID) setting a strong foundation for the project. 

We will work with you to appoint the Project Board. This is an essential part of the project allocating the right stakeholders from both you, as the client, and us, as the service provider. 

Progress is governed through a series of controls and reports at a number of pre-determined ‘gates’ acting as milestones that must be finished and signed off before moving on to the next stage. Our direction falls into four main areas: initiation, boundaries or 'gates', ad hoc management and project closure.

Pre-engagement process

Starting with a project consultation, we will work with you to agree overall outcomes, producing a costed proposal. At this point we will detail the Statement of Work, defining terms for the project. During the pre-project set up, we will gather information, design a project team, and create an initation plan. 

Initiation

The initation stage is critical to the success of the project, agreeing boundaries where we can check performance and progress, giving you time to approve before moving on to the next stage. This continues the set up of the project, ensuring our team has everything they need to deliver success. 

Subsequent delivery stage(s)

The delivery stages will include assignment of work, risk monitoring and management, continual review of the current situation, project-based reporting and corrective management. During this the Project Manager will manage all deliverables, assessing progress and quality standards. At each stage of the project, we will produce an assessment for the project board, so they can agree the continuation of the project, recording any lessons learned. 

Closing a project

Bringing the project to a close in a controlled manner is important. We will work through a series of checks and then confirm and obtain the needed approvals. We will also make recommendations for future improvements and share lessons learned.
