What will you be doing?As a Recruitment Consultant, you act as the link between clients and candidates - no two days are the same. Your role is split across two core areas:
1. Client Focus-
Prospecting new clients: Identifying business opportunities and reaching out to potential clients.

Client meetings: Understanding hiring needs and advising on recruitment solutions.

Account management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Sourcing talent: Actively searching, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Matching: Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and matching them to suitable roles.

Network building: Maintaining regular contact with candidates to build a strong professional network.
