At Gravitas Group, we’re looking for a Customer Care Operations Executive to join our growing Asia team, supporting our consultants and ensuring a seamless experience for our candidates and clients.

The Opportunity
This is a critical role at the heart of our operations, working closely with our sales teams, finance, and customer care colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly across the recruitment lifecycle.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality operational and administrative support by helping us maintain exceptional service standards across our Asia business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting consultants and internal stakeholders with customer care processes
- Managing key administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicating professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with teams across sales, finance, and operations
- Handling requests in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Note: This role is fully office-based to enable strong collaboration and team development.
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need the right attitude and skillset.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Confidence to engage with demanding stakeholders
- Customer care, payroll, or finance experience (advantageous, not essential)
- Cantonese or Mandarin (helpful, but not required)
