What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to lead our JavaScript contract market, covering contractors across React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, and modern Frontend ecosystems.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• 6 months+ experience in tech or contract recruitment

• A proven track record of consistent billing (contract preferred)

• Experience in JavaScript / Frontend / Software Engineering markets

• Strong business development skills and confidence winning new accounts

• Experience with stakeholder management across both clients and contractors

• A commercial, delivery-focused mindset with ambition to step into leadership

Experience with adjacent markets (TypeScript, Node.js, UI/UX, or full-stack engineering) is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Grow and own a 360 JavaScript contract desk, leveraging warm relationships

• Win new business via outreach, networking, events & market positioning

• Build and manage a high-level contractor community across JS frameworks

• Lead full client and contractor cycles - onboarding, compliance, extensions, renewals

• Develop long-term partnerships with hiring managers and tech leaders

• Collaborate with a highly experienced tech team to drive revenue growth

• Increase Gravitas' footprint within the UK JavaScript contract market
