The Opportunity
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant within our Data & AI practice, you'll be responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates while managing recruitment processes across specialist technology markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and engaging Data, Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Technology professionals
- Building and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification through to offer management
- Conducting candidate interviews and market mapping activities
- Writing compelling job advertisements and talent attraction campaigns
- Advising clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and market insights
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts
- Building your personal brand within the Data & AI recruitment market
About You
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to continue developing their careers in a specialist market.
Ideal requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally within Data, Analytics, AI, Technology, or a related specialist market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and resilient mindset
- Commercial awareness and a consultative approach
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and motivated by success
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Desire to build a long-term career within recruitment
