The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, helping businesses attract top talent while supporting professionals in achieving their career goals.
You will learn how to:
- Source and engage high-calibre candidates through multiple channels
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Write compelling job adverts and recruitment campaigns
- Conduct candidate interviews and market mapping activities
- Coordinate interview processes and negotiate offers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop your own client portfolio
- Become a specialist within your chosen market
