What We’re Looking For
- A proven 360 biller with 3+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Technology
- Someone currently operating at Senior/Principal level or an existing Team Lead, ready to step into or expand leadership responsibility
- A player-manager mindset — able to drive personal revenue while leading, coaching, and developing others
- Strong experience in business development, account growth, and building long-term client relationships
- A commercially minded recruiter who wants ownership, autonomy, and influence over strategy
- Experience (or ambition) to mentor and scale a high-performing team
- A driven individual looking to build a strong reputation within the Technology market
