Gravitas is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Team Leader to drive and grow a high-performing Technology recruitment team.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven 360 biller with 3+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Technology
  • Someone currently operating at Senior/Principal level or an existing Team Lead, ready to step into or expand leadership responsibility
  • A player-manager mindset — able to drive personal revenue while leading, coaching, and developing others
  • Strong experience in business development, account growth, and building long-term client relationships
  • A commercially minded recruiter who wants ownership, autonomy, and influence over strategy
  • Experience (or ambition) to mentor and scale a high-performing team
  • A driven individual looking to build a strong reputation within the Technology market

  • Coach and mentor consultants to become high-performing billers
  • Contribute to hiring, strategy, and overall business growth
