Everything you need to build and scale a seven-figure Data contract desk.
The Role
As a Principal Data Contract Recruiter, you will take full ownership of a 360 contract desk, placing specialists across:

Data Engineering (Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks)
-
Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
-
Data Science & Machine Learning
-
Analytics & BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
-
AI / Advanced Analytics
-
Platform, Streaming & Modern Data Stack
You’ll operate as a trusted market authority, partnering with senior data leaders across enterprise and high-growth tech environments.
What We’re Looking For
This role suits an established, high-performing recruiter who brings:

3+ years’ experience in contract or tech recruitment
-
A strong, consistent billing track record in Data or adjacent markets
-
Proven success in high-value business development
-
Experience managing large contractor books and full compliance cycles
-
Ability to operate autonomously with full P&L-style accountability
-
A track record of building and scaling a profitable niche
-
Senior stakeholder management (Heads of Data, CTOs, Engineering Directors)
-
Clear ambition to progress into team leadership or practice ownership
Experience covering AI, ML, Cloud, or Engineering-adjacent markets is highly advantageous.
