What We’re Looking For

A strong biller with 2+ years in Tech/Data recruitment, ideally placing permanent roles

Someone ready to operate as a market leader , driving revenue, winning new business, and owning a vertical (Data Engineering, Analytics, ML Ops, Data Science, BI, etc.)

A commercially-minded recruiter who wants autonomy, strategic input, and ownership of their niche

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow your own Permanent Data vertical, setting direction and expanding market presence

Win, develop, and retain long-term client partnerships through meetings, insights, and events

Build and maintain a network of high-calibre permanent Data professionals

Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes -qualification, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management

Mentor and support developing consultants, acting as a senior figure within the team

Contribute to business planning, market expansion, and strengthening Gravitas’ Data brand
