Our newest office in Rotterdam is expanding after acquiring the existing R2 Group, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious, and motivated recruiters to join the team. What You’ll Do

As a Principal Data Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Work with Gravitas’ clients to source and place top-tier Data talent, using networking, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and market mapping

• Act as a Brand Champion, positioning Gravitas as the go-to recruitment partner for clients and candidates

• Develop your own client portfolio, winning new business and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles

• Network across financial, digital, and public sectors, building lasting relationships

• Build and maintain a database of candidates and clients to fuel repeat business

• Contribute to a high-performance sales culture, achieving KPIs and activity goals

• Receive ongoing training and mentorship to support your growth and ensure you reach your full potential

What We’re Looking For

• Resilient, ambitious, competitive, and excellent with people

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed

• At least 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within technology, data, or adjacent industries

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders

• Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and ambition outweigh experience - we provide comprehensive training
