The Role
As a Principal JavaScript Contract Recruiter, you’ll own a specialist 360 desk, placing contractors across:

JavaScript (ES6+)
-
Frontend: React, Angular, Vue
-
Full-Stack JavaScript
-
Node.js & Backend JavaScript
-
Modern Web & Micro-Frontend Architecture
-
Cloud-native & API-driven Applications
You’ll operate as a trusted market authority, partnering with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product leaders across high-growth tech and enterprise environments.
What We’re Looking For
This role suits a proven, high-performing recruiter who brings:

3+ years’ experience in contract or tech recruitment
-
A strong, consistent billing record in JavaScript, frontend, or full-stack markets
-
Proven success in high-value business development and account growth
-
Experience managing large contractor populations and full compliance cycles
-
Confidence operating autonomously with commercial accountability
-
A track record of building and owning a profitable niche market
-
Senior stakeholder management with Engineering Directors & Tech Leads
-
Ambition to progress into team leadership or practice ownership
Experience across Node.js, Cloud, DevOps, or adjacent backend markets is a plus.
