The Role
As a Principal .NET Contract Recruiter, you will take full ownership of a specialist 360 desk, delivering contractors across:

C# / .NET
-
ASP.NET / .NET Core
-
Azure & Cloud Engineering
-
API / Microservices
-
Full Stack (.NET + React / Angular / JavaScript)
-
Backend & Enterprise Systems
You’ll act as a market authority, trusted advisor, and revenue driver within the UK .NET contract space.
What We’re Looking For
This role is suited to an established contract recruiter who brings:
-
3+ years’ experience in contract or tech recruitment
-
A proven, consistent billing history in the .NET or software engineering market
-
Strong capability in high-value business development and account growth
-
Experience managing large contractor books and full compliance cycles
-
Confidence operating autonomously with commercial accountability
-
Ability to build and dominate a profitable niche market
-
Strong stakeholder management with CTOs, Heads of Engineering & senior developers
-
Ambition to progress into team leadership or practice ownership
Experience across adjacent markets such as Azure, DevOps, JavaScript, or Data Engineering is advantageous.
