Our Rotterdam office is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious, motivated, and driven recruiters to join our team and dominate the PHP recruitment market.

What You’ll Do

As a Principal PHP Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Source mid-to-senior PHP and full-stack developers using LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, and industry events

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles - from client briefs to interviews, offer negotiation, and placements

• Build and manage your own client portfolio, winning new business and nurturing long-term relationships

• Act as a Brand Champion, establishing Gravitas as the go-to recruitment partner for PHP and web development clients

• Network across digital, technology, and software sectors, maintaining a strong candidate and client pipeline

• Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sales culture, achieving personal KPIs and activity targets

• Receive mentorship and training to continuously develop your skills and progress toward leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in technology, web development, or software markets

• Excellent people and communication skills, with the confidence to manage senior candidates and clients

• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated, resilient, and ambitious

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Sales experience is a plus, but attitude, drive, and ambition are our priority
