We are looking for ambitious and commercially driven Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our Singapore office, supporting the growth of our contract recruitment teams.
Whether your background is in Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Professional Services, or another specialist market, we welcome recruiters who are passionate about building relationships, developing business, and succeeding in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate management: Source, engage, and qualify talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and market mapping activities.
- Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Contract recruitment delivery: Manage contract recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement and onboarding.
- Business development: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of your desk and team.
- Market expertise: Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market, including hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor activity.
- Relationship building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a 180 or 270 recruitment model.
- Current contract recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- Experience recruiting within either technical or non-technical markets.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a sales-oriented approach.
- Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by achieving results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Passion for building a long-term career within recruitment.
