What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll work in a dynamic and target-driven environment where you'll develop expertise in a specialist market while building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates within your specialist market
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through to offer acceptance
- Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Becoming a market expert within your chosen sector
- Advising clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiating offers and managing recruitment campaigns
- Building and growing your own recruitment desk with support from experienced leaders
