Senior Actuarial Recruitment Consultant

(Life, P&C, Reinsurance, Risk, Quantitative Roles)

We are looking for experienced recruiters who can bring their actuarial recruitment expertise, market knowledge, and established networks across Life, P&C, Reinsurance, Risk, and Quantitative roles to join our high-performing Actuarial team.

  • Have minimally 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within actuarial, risk, or quantitative roles

  • Are fluent in Cantonese

  • Have experience or interest in business development within actuarial or financial services

  • Have a strong sales and commercial mindset – financially motivated, ambitious, self-driven

  • Are competitive with a relentlessly positive attitude

  • Are eager to learn, improve, and take on new challenges

What You’ll Do

  • Source mid–senior actuarial professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

  • Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

  • Build strong networks across actuarial and risk leadership (Chief Actuaries, Actuarial Managers, Quant Leads, Risk Directors) within global insurers, reinsurers, and consulting firms

  • Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
