What You’ll Do

Source mid–senior professionals in corporate functions through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

Build strong networks across corporate functions leadership (HR Directors, Legal Counsels, Compliance Heads, Finance Managers, Marketing Leads, Operations Directors) within multinational corporations, regional HQs, and professional services firms

Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
