We are looking for experienced recruiters based in Singapore who can bring their corporate functions recruitment expertise, market knowledge, and established networks across HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to join our high-performing Corporate Functions team. Our leaders are specialists in corporate functions recruitment, with strong client networks across multinational corporations, regional HQs, and professional services firms — you will be in excellent hands.

What You’ll Do

  • Source mid–senior professionals in corporate functions through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

  • Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

  • Build strong networks across corporate functions leadership (HR Directors, Legal Counsels, Compliance Heads, Finance Managers, Marketing Leads, Operations Directors) within multinational corporations, regional HQs, and professional services firms

  • Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
