If You…

Have 1–2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Accounting & Finance, Audit, Risk, Investment, or Quant roles
-
Are fluent in Cantonese
-
Ideally have experience in business development

What You’ll Do
-
Source mid–senior professionals across Finance specialisms through cold-calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and market mapping
-
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, managing feedback, negotiating packages, and securing offers

Conduct active business development — regular client meetings, pitching, cold-calling, and delivering up-to-date market insights

Build deep networks across Finance leadership (CFOs, Financial Controllers, Heads of Audit, Risk Directors, Quant Leads, etc.) within MNCs, global banks, Fortune 500s, and financial institutions

Convert strong market relationships into long-term revenue opportunities
