What You’ll Do

Source mid–senior banking professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

Build strong networks across front office banking leadership (Heads of Coverage, Sales & Trading Directors, Corporate Finance Leads, Treasury Managers) within global and regional banks

Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
