Senior General Insurance Recruitment Consultant

(P&C, Reinsurance, Underwriting, Claims, Risk, Broking)

We are looking for experienced recruiters who can bring their general insurance recruitment expertise, market knowledge, and established networks across P&C, Reinsurance, Underwriting, Claims, Risk, and Broking to join our high-performing General Insurance team. Our leaders are specialists in the insurance sector, with strong client networks spanning global insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and consulting firms — you will be in excellent hands.

  • Have minimally 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within general insurance, P&C, Reinsurance, or Risk roles

  • Have experience or interest in business development within insurance

What You’ll Do

  • Source mid–senior general insurance professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

  • Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

  • Build strong networks across insurance leadership (Underwriting Heads, Claims Directors, Risk Managers, Broking Leads) within insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and consulting firms

  • Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
