Have minimally 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within general insurance, P&C, Reinsurance, or Risk roles
-
Have experience or interest in business development within insurance

What You’ll Do

Source mid–senior general insurance professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

Build strong networks across insurance leadership (Underwriting Heads, Claims Directors, Risk Managers, Broking Leads) within insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and consulting firms

Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
