What We’re Looking For

A strong biller with 2+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Housing, Public Sector IT, Technology Systems, Business Change, or a similar contract market

Someone ready to run and scale a high-demand Housing Systems desk with immediate delivery opportunities

A consultant with proven success in opening accounts, winning projects, and growing relationships

Someone who understands (or wants to specialise in) Housing tech landscapes and digital programmes

What You’ll Do

Lead and scale your own Housing Systems contract market vertical

Build strong relationships with Housing Associations, Councils, ALMOs & tech implementation partners

Source contractors across systems implementation, digital transformation, data, change & technology

Manage full contract lifecycle — interviews, onboarding, extensions, rate negotiation, and contractor care

Attend Housing tech events, share market insights & build your network within the systems community

Mentor consultants and help shape the overall growth of the Housing Systems division

Play a key role in divisional planning, market expansion, and strategy
