Senior Life Insurance Recruitment Consultant

(Distribution, Broking, Operations, Underwriting)

We are looking for experienced recruiters who can bring their life insurance recruitment expertise, market knowledge, and established networks across Distribution, Broking, Operations, and Underwriting to join our high-performing Life Insurance team. Our leaders are specialists in the life insurance space, with strong client networks spanning global insurers, brokers, and distribution platforms — you will be in excellent hands.

  • Have minimally 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within life insurance, broking, underwriting, or operations

  • Are fluent in Cantonese

  • Have experience or interest in business development within insurance

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Have a strong sales and commercial mindset – financially motivated, ambitious, self-driven

  • Are competitive with a relentlessly positive attitude

  • Are eager to learn, improve, and take on new challenges

What You’ll Do

  • Source mid–senior life insurance professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

  • Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

  • Build strong networks across life insurance leadership (Heads of Distribution, Underwriting Managers, Broking Directors, Operations Leads) within insurers, brokers, and distribution platforms

  • Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
